These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of certifiedpolandspecialist.com and the Certified Poland Specialists program. By accessing the Website or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
The Program is intended solely for American travel advisors. By using the Website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, are a U.S.-based travel advisor, and have provided accurate information.
2. Accounts and Access
You must create an account to access courses and certificates. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Account sharing is prohibited.
3. Program Changes
Courses, content, features, and certificates may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
4. Course Completion and Certificates
Certificates may be issued upon successful completion of course requirements. Certificates represent completion of training only and do not constitute licensure, accreditation, or endorsement. Certificates may be revoked in cases of misuse, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All Website content, including course materials, videos, text, images, quizzes, certificates, logos, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Certified Poland Specialists and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, share, redistribute, resell, reproduce, publish, or otherwise exploit any content or certificates. Content may only be used for personal professional training within the Program.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data, interfere with Website functionality, upload malicious code, misrepresent your identity, or use content for competing or commercial purposes.

The Website may reference or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
